Ningsco CPA’s, APC was founded by Mr. Jerry Law Ning and a team who have extensive experience and practice in tax, accounting and advisory. Mr. Ning graduated from UC, Santa Barbara, in Business Economics with Accounting, and with Dean’s Honors recognition. He has also studied Master of Science in Accountancy in Taxation, and Master of Business Administration respectively at Fowler College of Business of San Diego State University. He has practiced as both Public and Corporate Accountant to assist individual and business clients of high-level tax, accounting and advisory needs. 

The firm's services have focused to provide professional tax, accounting and advisory in tech startups and real estate transactions, entity structuring and financial planning, tax credit and grant, International and multi-state tax, which encompasses high-level return preparation, practical-insight consultancy, and representation before authorities such as IRS, FTB, EDD, CDTFA.
