Ningsco CPA’s, APC was founded by Mr. Ning and a team who have extensive experience and practice in tax and accounting. Mr. Ning graduated from UCSB in Economics and Accounting with Dean’s Honors recognition, and studied at Fowler College of Business of SDSU for MSA in Taxation. He has practiced as both Public and Corporate Accountant to assist individual and business clients of high-level tax and accounting needs. 

The firm's services have focused to provide professional tax, accounting and advisory in startups and real estate transactions, entity structuring and financial planning, tax credit and grant, International and multi-state tax, which encompasses high-level return preparation, practical-insight consultancy, and representation before authorities such as IRS, FTB, EDD, CDTFA.
